We develop both web applications and client / server software as per the specification of the clients. All the projects are developed on the basis of Project management methodology that we have introduced for controlling IT projects.
By constant and effective communication with the clients, we assist them in developing the functional design. We also work on documentation part for the project as per the client’s requirement.
On the basis of functional design, we further analyze the project and calculate the accurate project time estimation. This is a very crucial stage and we spend most of our time during this stage of the project. For Offshore Software Development, this initial stage is very important as compared to developing the product in house.
The functional design helps us to make a technical design, an Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). These documents need to be approved by the clients. After the approval, our analyst provides the project time estimation.
Depending upon the size of the project, our clients receive estimation in hours and planning in weeks or months from us. The client can measure the progress of software development through modular development process.
