The project always starts with project study based upon the requirements enlisted by the client. We develop the functional design of the project during this stage of project management. We have continuous communication with the client to share our ideas and information required for the quality output. We develop the prototype for our clients at the end of this stage.
The functional design is the basis for further analysis for the project and to determine the total hours of the project. This is one of the most important stages of project.
Based upon the functional design, we propose the technical design, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Data flow diagram (DFD). This helps the clients to go with the project with us.
