All turnkey projects are developed on the basis of Project Management Methodology that we have introduced for controlling IT projects. Our nine years of experience in developing offshore softwares has helped us to introduce Project Management Methodology.
The course of a turnkey project always begins by studying the project requirements in detail. These are notes with demands and wishes which the software must comply to. It is formulated in a functional design. We also make this very essential document for our clients if need arises. By constant and effective communication with our clients, we assist them in developing a functional design.
On the basis of functional design, we further analyse the project and is necessary for accurate project estimation. This is a very crucial stage and we spend most of our time during this stage of the project. For offshore software development, this initial stage is very important as compared to developing the product in house.
The functional design helps us to make a technical design, an Entity Relation Diagram (ERD) and Data Flow Diagram (DFD). These documents need to be approved by the clients. After the approval, our analyst will provide project estimation.
Depending upon the size of the project, our clients receive estimation in hours and planning in weeks or months from us. The client can measure the progress of software development through modular development process.
