IT Offshore Nepal; a brand name of HWB Nepal Pvt. Ltd. was established in March 2006 as a joint venture with HWB IT Services, Belgium. The main reason to start the company was to bring in international clients and to provide international and professionally standardised employment opportunities to the Nepalese talents in the IT sector. However, HWB IT Services has been in business since year 2003, when the company was founded in Belgium.

With a sales office in Antwerp, Belgium and an investor that owns 50% of the company shares, HWB IT Services BVBA, we are quickly expanding in Europe. As a result, to this date the company bags big European IT Companies as a client as well as providing an employment to over 60 people.

Our mission is to grow into a company with more than 200 employees and to provide them with a platform to grow within their own country, increasing local knowledge and prosperity. With these real assets of our company we can create more opportunities for more people. For this, we are actively investing in the employees’ benefits, such as facilities, proper training, good salaries as well as incentives.

Our growth is continuing and we aim to become the powerhouse offshoring company of Nepal in the European Market with Eurpoean investors as well as the best employer and most fun company to work for in Nepal.
